By accessing or using the Auris platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Auris provides an AI voice agent platform that allows you to create, configure, and deploy voice agents on your phone line. The Service includes voice agent creation, voice conversation handling, analytics, and related features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading communications
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others through voice agents
  • Impersonate any person or entity without their consent
  • Transmit malicious content or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service for unsolicited automated calling (robocalling/spam)

5. Voice Data and Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and the data generated by your voice agents. By using the Service, you grant Auris a limited licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. Voice recordings and transcripts are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Billing and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
