  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment providers (e.g. Paystack). We do not store your full payment card details.

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Voice recordings and transcripts are stored in your account and are not shared with other users. We use Firebase, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, and Google Gemini to process voice data — each subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, voice processing)
  • Law enforcement when required by applicable law
